Women's Golf Tournament

September 17 - 19

Palm Springs, Ca.

The 36th annual Delta Women’s Golf Tournament is scheduled for the weekend of September 17 – 19 at the Westin Mission Hills Resort and Spa in Rancho Mirage, California. The resort is part of The Starwood Spa Collection. This 360-acre resort in north Rancho Mirage, 9 miles east of Palm Springs, features two golf courses - one designed by Pete Dye and the other a Gary Player Signature Course. We will play both courses.

All active, on-leave and retired Delta, Northwest, DAL Global Services, Delta Community Credit Union, Travelport, ASA and Comair women may participate in the tournament. IBM employees who are affiliated with the Delta account are also invited. We are pleased to announce we are extending the invitation to the wives of these employee groups. We have flights for both new and experienced golfers, and we welcome all skill levels. We also have a guest flight, if you have a friend who would like to participate in the tournament. Participants must be 18 or older.

Participation is limited to 100 golfers.

THE WESTIN MISSION HILLS RESORT RESERVATIONS

Use the Westin Mission Hills Resort Reservation Form on this website when making your room reservations. Please fill it out completely. The hotel requests reservations be made by August 16, 2010, although reservations made after that will be accepted if space is available.  At your request, we will attempt to pair you with another participant as a roommate. Please contact a committee member, not the resort, if you need a roommate. If we are unable to do so, you will be charged for single accommodations.

Tournament Entry Fee

The tournament entry fee is $35 and must be sent to the golf committee with the attached Tournament Participant Entry Form. Make checks payable to the Delta Women’s Golf Tournament. Do not send cash. The golf committee will assign a foursome for you, or you may select your foursome for Saturday's play by listing all names on the entry form. Be sure to check with anyone you wish to include in your foursome to be certain they have not asked to play with another group. September 3, 2010 is the deadline for submitting entries to the committee. The number of participants is limited to 100. If your entry arrives after all places are filled, you will be notified by phone or by Email and placed on a waiting list. The fee is refundable if entry is canceled prior to September 3, 2010.

Please join us for a great weekend!

We welcome both experienced and beginning golfers.
